Terms and Conditions

Your booking is accepted subject to the terms and conditions stated below. By confirming your booking, you accept that these terms & conditions will apply.

Amendments
Any amendments to your booking after confirmation, can only be accepted subject to availability. All Districts Limousines reserves the right to charge an amendment fee in respect of any change to your booking, in addition to any other applicable charges in relation to the amendment.

Cancellations, No-Shows & Refunds
Cancellations must be received in writing ( email ) within the cancellation period: No-shows will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the rate. Cancellations received 24 hours or less will incur a charge of 100% of the rate (all vehicles). Cancellation for TOUR/CHARTER received between 24-72 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the rate (all vehicles). If All Districts Limousines for any reason cannot complete the service a full refund of any monies paid will be fully refunded in the same means of the original payment was received. 

Vehicle Type Delivery
All Districts Limousines will endeavour to provide the vehicle requested, however the next best available vehicle will be used in the event of a mechanical breakdown or other exceptional circumstance e.g. delay on previous job.

Additional Charges
The following are additional services or items charged separately. Prices are available on request.

– Baby Seat, Capsules, Booster seats
 – Entry Fee to Parks
 – Luggage Trailers
– Food & Drinks (on request)

All transfers are point to point only. Additional pick up/drop off can be arranged at additional charge.
Please contact All Districts Limousines for a quotation. Movements from 00:00 (midnight) to 05:30am, inclusive, will incur an additional 50% surcharge in all locations.

Wedding/General Hire Bookings
Bookings can be made 12 months in advance. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when bookings are made within 7 days. To secure a wedding/general hire booking the remainder of payment will be required to be paid one week before the wedding or general hire. In addition to any cancellation fee charged by All Districts Limousines, you will also be responsible for payment of any charges levied by suppliers in respect of the cancelled booking. In all cases, the total
fee charged will not exceed the value of the booking.

Credit Card Charges
In the event of payment via credit card, All Districts Limousines may charge an additional fee of up to 2.5% of the value of the booking according to the type of credit card used.

Food & Beverage Consumption
Food & Beverages are not to be consumed in any vehicle without prior approval. In such circumstances, payment of a bond may be required to cover the risk of damage to the vehicle. Your responsibility for any damage is in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Damage to Vehicle
You are responsible for any charge levied by a supplier in respect of any damage caused to a vehicle as a direct result of your booking. You will not be responsible for payment where damage was caused by the actions of any employee of the supplier. In all cases, the driver of any vehicle will have the discretion to stop the vehicle and disembark those passengers engaging in unacceptable or unruly behaviour. Smoking is not permitted by law in any vehicle supplied by All Districts Limousines.

Inappropriate Behaviour
Our Chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service where inappropriate or aggressive behaviour by customer affects safety. No refund will be offered in these circumstances.

Quotation
Prices are current at the time of quotation and subject to availability at the time of booking. All quoted prices include GST. All Districts Limousines reserves the right to pass on, without notice, any increases that may occur in any applicable airport charges, road tolls, entry fees or parking charges.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy sets out below information we collect about you. We do NOT sell or disclose your personal information to third parties for the purpose of allowing them to direct market their products and services. We do not send you emails, S.M.S or letters of direct marketing from our business.

The purpose we collect your personal Information and hold is for so all bookings are completed correctly. Below is what information we collect, your name, address and contact details so all bookings are completed correctly. Your credit card and/or other payment details if paying via E.F.T, all credit card transactions will be processed securely and confidently and credit card details will not be kept after charging.

We generally collect your personal information directly via email, from our website or over the phone but always request it in writing after bookings are made. If you do not provide the information requested, we may not be able to provide you with the appropriate service.
